Juan Serrano, founder & president of Nova Construction Management, LLC, provides experienced leadership and professional oversight for construction projects of all sizes. His role is to bring structure, clarity, and accountability to complex projects - ensuring they are executed efficiently, strategically, and with minimal disruption to clients.
With over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, Juan has managed a wide range of projects - from residential renovations to large-scale developments. His deep knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and team coordination allows him to identify risks early, maintain control overs schedules and costs, and guide projects to successful completion.
