Meet the Founder & President
Juan Serrano, founder & president of Nova Construction Management, LLC, brings over ten years of progressive experience in civil engineering design and construction management across public and private sector projects throughout New Jersey. A graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Juan combines a strong technical foundation with disciplined project management expertise to deliver complex projects on schedule, within budget, and with minimal disruption to clients and stakeholders.
Throughout his career, Juan has managed and supported construction projects ranging from $5 million to $130 million in value, spanning ground-up construction, large-scale demolition, renovation, restoration, and distressed structure rehabilitation. His public sector experience encompasses institutional, municipal, and government facilities, giving him deep familiarity with public procurement processes, regulatory compliance, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
Juan's approach centers on bringing structure, clarity, and accountability to every project. His ability to identify risks early, maintain rigorous schedule and cost controls, and facilitate clear communication between owners, designers, and contractors has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor navigating complex construction environments.
